ARE YOUR EARRINGS HEAVY?
Our polymer clay earrings are super lightweight and most of the time you won’t be able to notice you’re wearing them! Our pairs on average weigh as much as a quarter coin.
We try our best to keep our beaded earrings as light as possible- we will add a disclaimer in the description if a pair happens to weigh over 15g (both earrings combined) about the same weight as 3 quarters!
DO YOUR EARRINGS LOOK JUST LIKE YOUR PICTURES?
We try our best to edit our product photos to match the color as close as possible. However, patterns, shapes and swirls within the jewelry will look different from pair to pair as they are all one-of-a-kind and small-batch made pieces!
WHY HAVEN'T I RECEIVED MY PRE-ORDER?
Pre-Orders can take up to 3 business weeks to ship! I usually have pre-order sales when I am busy with markets, so I will make a bunch of earrings at once after the markets are over. I always mention processing time in the item description, and the estimated time of delivery shown during checkout does not apply to pre-order items!
WHAT IS YOUR CURRENT PROCESSING TIME?
My current processing time is 4 business days, M-F. Please note that the delivery date shown is only an estimate as my processing time can fluctuate and there may be delays with USPS. If you have any special requests, such as a birthday gift needs to arrive on-time to the destination, please reach out to me within 12 hours of purchase so I can make sure your order goes out within those 4 business days. Don't hesitate to reach out if you need the order to go out same/next day as well! However, I cannot accommodate all requests as I am a one-woman business but I will try my best to make sure you get your package on-time.
All items ship with USPS and have tracking numbers emailed to you at the time of shipment! Orders are printed in large batches for ease of fulfillment, and may take a few days to update out of 'Pre-Shipment' status.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
As all pieces are handmade for you, I do not accept returns or exchanges. Please reach out to me if you have any issues with your order at firstname.lastname@example.org.
I am not responsible for any damages due to shipping. Please take care of your earrings as they are all made in small, one-of-a-kind batches and I am unable to repair them.
WHERE IS MY PACKAGE?
COVID-19, Winter storms and other events may cause your package to be delayed.
**** All packages are shipped using USPS GROUND ADVANTAGE unless you've chosen Priority Mail/Mail Express- once a package leaves my possession and is scanned into the USPS network, I am no longer liable for/aware of your packages location. In the event of a delayed delivery/attempted delivery, please contact your local USPS to arrange a pick up or repeat delivery. I am unable to request repeat deliveries on your behalf.
In the event that you cannot locate your package, please contact your local branch of USPS to inquire about your packages location.
In the event that your package is LOST IN TRANSIT, please file a Missing Mail Claim with USPS, and email a copy of the USPS confirmation that it has been lost in transit.
Please always double check your address is correct at the time of ordering!

All items are wrapped in tissue paper surrounded by recycled crinkle paper, and packed in a 4x4x2" cardboard box.
